Installation is as easy as adding a telephone line splitter to the back of the phone and adding a additional wire to the Identifier.

The main screen is where all order originate. Phone calls are queued in the order that they were received. Customer numbers (their phone number) can be manually entered if the caller id data is not available or suitable to receive their records.
